does it allow for internet storage or do you have to have a server to run this software?

Starting up my own agency, and I am looking for reasonably priced agency software. The only software I have ever used was applied but am not in the position to pay that amount of money as a startup. Any suggestions?

Most of the time, if you are doing New Condo or Tract work, you are on a claims made form anyway. This is a fine form, AS LONG AS you keep it in force forever...or buy the tail coverage when you are able to go back to occurrence form.
