Aside from the clean up, remember that spray painting produces static electricity, fumes, vapors and other airborne residues that may escape past the filtration system(if there is one). I know of a large all consuming fire where residues built up on the roof near the vent which caught fire and burne...

Ladybroker makes a good point about slips, trips and falls. There is much more to this exposure though: use of cleaning chemicals around already ill patients; does prospect do any wipe down or santizing of the walls, tables other surfaces? Infection control? People, This a single structure. It is a 2-family dwelling, rented to others. It's use is a two family dwelling, that is the correct class i'd expect to see from my underwriters. The exposure basis is 1, as there is only 1 two family dwelling being insured.

Why not approach General Fire & Casualty? A local Idaho company. They were specialists in the agri filed for several years, and provided very cheap prices.

contractors trailer IM vs APHYSD

One more question to add to the analysis. One of the key items to consider is valuation? How will the trailer be valued at time of loss? Aphysd is ACV, while IM may be replacement cost.
