Does your electronic notepad have a history feature where all activity on the file can be documented? If so, find the date you entered your requests and do a print screen.

Sheena: I think one of the reasons that enrollment is down is the economy. Not as many employers are picking up the expenses involved with these classes and they can get expensive.

Sal: Be sure you get Third Party EPLI. If the form for the company you write it with doesn't automatically include it, get it endorsed. I'm seeing many claims from that source recently. Customers, sales people, etc.
