This a non-asset based transportation brokerage company. They should have had w/c coverage but never got for whatever reason. Now realize they need it. ( I think a cusotmer is asking for it plus they are required) Have been in business for a few years.

Trying to find a market other than AIG or a PEO/ASO for work comp coverage for a multi-state transportation brokerage company. Never had coverage, thus would be considered new. All office personnel.

Have a trucking company that has drivers work comp placed under an ASO, but now trying to place work comp for office personnel outside the ASO. Anyone have any ideas? Another option is to place th salary personnel under a brokerage arm, but again can not find a work comp market for transportaion bro...

Then I must assume either some of these larger payroll compnaies that do offer w/c that they either are financing it themselves or due to thier size that the carrier has agreed to be paid as the payroll is processed. I agree that there will be a separate policy for each client, but looking for a car...

Yes, I guess you can consider an ASO arrangement. Primary states are SE, but include TX, CA, IL, MA, UT,... Classes vary from hotel, landscaping, school,,trucking, rehab facility,...

Not at all, the deduction would come out of the employer's account based on the weekly/bi-monthly wages. The employees will not see naything different.
