IDS Property and Casualty

Anyone have any input on IDS Insurance through Costco. It seems I have been competing with them alot recently and was wondering if anyone had any feedback about what is good or bad about the company, their policies, service, etc?

thanks

I had already looked at their website among many attempts at googling an answer. My last resort is to call the DOI of NY. I thought maybe someone might know. I dread making the call as it will probably take all day to talk to someone who will probably give me wrong info anyway LOL
