Hi, i'm looking for a competitive market for a Fire Sprinkler contractor in CA. He is looking for GL coverage. His company does the design and installation for fire sprinkler's in buildings.

Mercury Insurance in CA
For those that have appointments with Mercury... do you like working with them? Do you find that their products are competitive? Is it difficult to get an appointment with them?

This client has underlying liability limits of 500,000. Do you know of a carrier that will accept this? Most commercial umbrella's that i've seen require 1Million.

Hi, I have a client that owns a 2 unit rental property in CA. Right now she has 500,000 liability coverage for the rental property. She wants to increase the liability coverage to $1 million, but 500K liab is the highest that the insurance carrier can go. She lives with her parents right now in CO. ...

Thanks for the helpful replys. I called Quickfile and the Enterprise (online) version is about $100/month plus a $650 setup fee. Ouch! I do like the online features of Quickfile and also not having to setup a whole network. So, do you think its better to spend the extra money now... compared to goin...
