Re: Non-Emergency/Paratransit -New ventures
CNA promotes a program for Non-Emergency vehicles. We are CNA brokers and can wholesale it for you. Send submission to me at rlevine@smklein.com. I will obtain a quote for you. There are other markets as well. The only location that has been a problem in NYC.

Re: Understanding Auto Repair coverage
You have great advice to review and absorb from the other posts. My recommendation is to meet with your markets. Be sure they write Garage risks before approaching these operations. There are carriers that offer specific endorsements that will differentiate you from your competition. Learn the cover...

I would try to access the Underwriter at Chubb who handles family Offices. The other market would be AIG Private Client division.

Re: GL on mobile home erection contractor
Rob, This risk has similar coverage concerns as an Auto Mfg, Gargage risk or a Marina/Boat operation. Without knowing the specifics of the business, my first question is who owns the Mobile Home. The CCC exclusion applies to Other Property in your care custody and control. If they still own it, I do...

Re: Coverage for a products failure to perform
Sorry, I meant role not roll. The GL covers BI & PD. There is an exlcusion for your work. I had a client that streched out metal to make it smooth. The mfg who purchased and used the product sued. They alleged that the processing of the metal caused the thickness to be too small and would not be...

Re: Coverage for a products failure to perform
My recomendaiton would be to obtain a GL policy and Mfg E&O coverage. If they take a roll in the design, then a professional liability policy to coverage that exposure would be necessary as well.
Re: Research
ANother suggestion is to investigate Wholesalers you can do business with. There are some that provide "Retail" markets on a wholesale level. Concentrate on placing business with that wholesaler and more specifically, one or two carriers. When you have a large enough book, follow the other...
