I keep reading that Zurich owns Farmers. I believe Farmers is a mutual company, owned by thier policy holders. It is my understanding that Zurich performs as a third party administrator taking care of thier buisiness. Unfortunately, Farmers claim service does not have a good reputation in Houston. ...

I agree, i think Safeco will have better appetite and price points than before.
