Texas is a big state that has some problem areas, particularily around the Coastal Areas.

Too much trust is given when they should at least be doing Background & Credit Checks (Annually), this would/should help prevent some of this things.

Looking for Co that writes Drug & Alcohol Testing? in TX. Have someone that goes out to do random samples and after accident samples & send them in. They do not have a lab - send to 3rd party for testing.
