Re: Lender Forced Coverage for Private Party
Thanks for all your responses. I've found two sources, both representing Lloyd's, who will do it properly. Seattle Special Risk and Russell Bond.

Re: Lender Forced Coverage for Private Party
That's not the proper coverage. It's not an LRO. The occupant is the owner of the property, not a tenant. The party who wants the insurance is the lender (because the owner has quit paying). Thanks anyway.

Lender Forced Coverage for Private Party
I'm looking for a market for a private party lender who wants to place forced coverage on a house where the owner has quit paying for the insurance per their contract. All markets I know only want institutional lenders, not private parties. Anybody know of a market? Thanks.

Non renewed Calif real estate appraiser E&O
Hi,
I've got a residential real estate appraiser in California being non-renewed by General Star for 1 claim. Lender disputing value, lost money on short sale. Any markets out there for less than $5,000 in premium? His first and only claim in 13 years. Thanks, Brad

Installing Breathalyzer's in California
I've got a new business installing, monitoring and un-installing breathalyzers (also known as ignition interlocks) in car ignitions in California. That's all they will be doing. No other car repair services. They hope to open 7-8 locations around the state. Anybody have a market? Thanks, Brad.
