Re: Live Music venue in CA with open A&B claim

Catlin Insurance Company might consider this risk, but with an Assault & Battery sublimit. If interested, please forward your submission to cindyb@monarchexcess.com. Please let me know what your target premium is. Thanks.

Re: Specialty Contractor

However, if they are offering renewal my guess would be that it is currently where it needs to be. I would be happy to discuss this or any other accounts that you might have that you find mi...

Re: Discrimination against guests - Coverage question

Evanston's Tenant Discrimination Policy would take care of this exposure. Premiums start at $2,000 for a $1MM limit. They would require that the these be for long term rental (at least 9-12 months). Let me know if you would like me to forward you an application. Regards, Cindy cindyb@monarchexcess.com

Re: Jewlers.

The markets mentioned in the previous reply are good. However, if you find that they don't fit there for some reason, we have markets designed for the more difficult risks.

Art,
We don't have an admitted carrier for this class but have an A rated non-admitted carrier who could take on this account.

Re: Earthquake Insurance for Apartment Building

I do have markets for EQ. Whether or not your risk qualifies will depend on location, age and construction of the building. If you send me an email, I will supply you with a one page EQ supplemental.

I might have a market for you. Can you tell me what the insured's payroll, subcosts and gross receipts are?
