I thought the SF contracts had non-compete clauses which 1) limit what additional types of businesses that you can own/operate while acting as a SF agent and 2) don't allow you to own the book, i.e. they (corporate) owns the book & you can not take it with you. Smartest move I made was not being...

State Fund is obvious choice - maybe they are the incumbent?

WIth AIG - are they with Granite States whose rating tanked last year?
Try going through a wholesaler to access more markets - Commodore in Emeryville is one.

Do they own their own wine-making facility or are the a "virtual" winery i.e. do the produce the wine at a custom crush facility?
