these are all great comments I would also suggest that if you have the client get a quote from the association take that quote back to the current insurer and ask for pricing considerations loyalty helps and I often get at least 5% if not more.

joatman, first ask yourself if this is what you really want to do. If the answer is yes then put your Business plan in motion. I write E&O insurance for brand new agencies less than a month old quite often look at around 2,000 a year through Lloyds. look for a good finance company to work out a ...

If your not sure you can usually go to the county assesors office often there is a section in the property portion that will indicate inprovements and/or permits. you can also check with the building division for permits pulled or work completed. a phone call is cheaper than running around hoping yo...
