In CA, there is no reason for the company to know the clients credit history. We do not do credit scoring. Are you sure this is why it was turned down?

I have used Foresight publishing as well. I forgot to mention them before. They are very good and also do commercial and risk management newsletters. The risk monitor is especially good and you can pick and choose your articles from past articles.

That is what SmartPublishing allows you to do. I will say I don't use them anymore and don't send out a newsletter at all, so take it for what its worth. We are moving a good deal of our Encompass book. We have found their claims service to be very poor these days and they are more expensive than most other carriers. They have good policies, but if they can't deliver on the claims service, the coverages aren't worth much. We are moving people to Alli...
