Does anybody know a company that can issue a bond for a foreign construction company? There is this litvinian construction company building a project in Norway...

One of my old clients is insured with Advantage WC. I have never heard of this company before nor could i find them on department of insurance website. Does anyone here write with this company and how competitive are they?

A high mod is 1.8, There is one claim and it's not realted to safety or risk management violations. That what i meant by unforseen. Most of the WC claims are actually related to safety negligence
