I use State Farm there is a deductable. It is part of the Homeowners ,it is not as expenive as you might think. They take pictures everything is documented,but from what they told me the guitars are covered everywhere. I am happy and never had to use them yet.

The only time a broker can charge fees is when they are not an appointed agent (retail, maybe) and then you must give a full and comprehensive disclosure indicating what you are doing for them for this fee. That agreement then becomes subject to the contract law section of the CA Statutes.

that depends on the agency and the way they work, some agencies do utilize all the resources
and some dont...ask your agency before signing up with them.
