My understanding has always been that you can borrow another vehicle with the consent of the owner and drive it but, that vehicle at least needs to be insured under its owners name and you need at least liability car insurance in your own name.

With businesses becoming more competitive day by day I don’t think it is a nice idea to allow outside agencies to access your data. These agencies are doing the same kind of work for many Organizations and that is why I find it a risky proposition. It is better to be safe than sorry.

I completely second Island Girl. She has got it correct. Service industry is all about handling human relationships and behavior. Patience and politeness is the key. If you have these attributes you can definitely lead your customers as per your convenience.

It seems that internal configurations should be checked by well educated tech, which does not look like the case here. Exact problem definition is something missing here.
