Besides the rumor that we are getting an extra 10% in MN fpr Travelers on commission right now, Just got my contract to sign with my agency and it says my compensation will be adjusted on a yearly basis due to production goals or not as well as my loss ratio. To me this is a total employee contract....

Not sure what formum this fits in but since Im a former FIG agent tuned IA I'll put it here. Is there a protion going on with Travelers that pays an extra 10% on new biz right now? If so, when did that start? The agent in my company said there wasnt but the other producer at my agency said the agent...

Has anyone looked into http://www.iaanetwork.com/ ? I am going between them an SIAA. I have met with an SIAA rep and they sound fantastic! Dumbie me, Im looking into this as well.
Can you define a Master agent? A cluster and does SIAA fit into any of these?? What is the tiering as far as higher up the food chain of command of these?
