We had a similar type of risk in Texas and Evanston had a program with GL, Pollution, Professional, but you would have to go the an MGA and not sure if they write in Washington State. You can go to Texs Mutual and they can write a companion out of state policy through Argonaut.

We don't know of any MGA's with Amerisure. But we and other retail agents have access. Perhaps you can broker a deal with a retail agent.

I have such a customer. GL & Umb will be hard to place in admitted market. Most carriers have declined. WC, Auto, Prop, IM Hartford-Construction or Travelers may be able to do those lines. We approached Zurich and they were quite competitive on the WC through the Tower Program. Also America 1st ...

It is also illegal in my state (Texas) unlicensed CSR's cannot discuss coverages at all. Not even a deductible.
