I have heard rumor that there is a FL WC carrier that just put some type limitations on what the appointed agents could write with them. It was regarding clients with a mod of 1.2 or higher i believe.
Has anyone heard anything about this or know who that carrier is?

I am a PEO Broker and I am familiar with BBSI. You are correct they can offer some out of this world rates. Not exactly sure how they do it but they can offer some extremely low rates.
