Ladybroker, thank you so much. They are currently with ScottsDale, some new endorsement was added to the GL policy and i have to move them. I am going to CK Travlers, and yes they got their Umbrella back.

Anyone out there know of and admitted carrier in Calif, writing GL only for caption. Small grass park and small play ground. 61 single family detahed dwellings. No claims will stay on the books forever :wink:

We use First Comp good program and rates for internet access. As for the access to the Underwriters and quick response i would say there fair. :roll: There is no direct access not even email. There are many admitted markets for all your interest except ROOFERS.
Your wasting time with roofers there are several markets in CA, wCOMP ONLY THE STATE FUND. Unless the premium is large then Zenith or ARRIS

O' yea and by the way, rates in CA for stand-alone plants are dirt-cheap. Less then $1000.00 annual ,most are running minimum premium.

We out here in CA, call them Stations. I have also heard other names. Class code (dry cleaners with plant) and ( Dry cleaners without plant) Safeco, Hartford , Allied all are competitive. Safeco, has and advantage as they offer unlimited Bailey Coverage. :wink:
