Soooo, I have only one company, a very small regional, for CPP and BOP but it quotes and underwrites online, prefills the application with all the codes, premium basis, checks required fields, uploads online, etc. Is that an unusual thing?

Lawyers are not insurance experts but they are supposed to be contract experts of which, an insurance policy is a contract. A non-compete may or may not be enforceable depending upon reasonability. It is reasonable to expect that a gas station manager would not take a job at a competing station next...

Keep private copies of the info in question. If this explodes, you will be the one to be blamed. Your boss will try to pass it off if possible. Move on, don't say why, just leave.

Before you complain to your state association, check the association sponsors. Many of those big companies contribute large sums to the associations. I have seen this result in a lack of 'effort' on the part of associations to resolve issues like this.

My understanding is that neither EZLynx nor PL Rater do discriminatory underwriting or calculated rates. That means only Realtime rates would be available. It also means that if a car, home, etc is unacceptable, they will let you run them, incur the charges, and then the company will nix it, going a...
