Does EZ Lynx work on Chrome?
Anyone know if EZ Lynx rating works on Chrome?
The one we use PL Rating does NOT work on Chrome due to a small program file that needs to be installed.
Makes it difficult to justify continuing with PL Rating if they can't program it to work on Chrome.
Anyone?

Chrome or Internet Explorer
How do you feel about companies that refuse to program for Chrome? I find Chrome to be a much more fluid and safe place to browse the web. Have had problems in the office with weird stuff happening for no apparent reason on IE. Browser hijacking and the likes. Not that it couldn't happen on Chrome, ...

What's you process for handling claims? From reporting the claim to the company, to closing the claim in your system, what is your process? Do you follow up with your clients? If not, why not? If so, how and how often? How are things documented? Where do you draw the line with respect to actions tha...

AND with Google making a significant investment in Applied, plus the statement from Applied that they will pyut the money into enhancements that matter to the users (specifically mentioned was Gmail)...it would seem to me that Gmail integration would be a logical next step. Makes Applied an attracti...

Re: Automation (Specifically downloads)
Is the 'compare' feature able to discern whether something has inadvertently dropped off the policy that wasn't supposed to? I think this is one of the key benefits of striking a decent balance between technology and trained professionals.

Re: Email Disclaimers
Then again...who reads disclaimers and/or agreements anyway? I know, I know...you should read them very, very carefully. That's what my lawyer tells me. But honestly, when was the last time you read one of those agreements online BEFORE you clicked the "Agree" button? So...should you send ...

Re: Best Agency Management System?
Unfortunately not GSuite... I've been using that since I was a Guinea Pig on the alpha and beta releases. Nothing beats free... I dont love outlook so never used the plugin. I email out from it, replies go to my email. On automation, there definately internal processes you can set up, but as for up...
