Re: Email Disclaimers
Does anyone out there use an email disclaimer that they put on every email or even just when they send out quotes? In this day and age half of the clients only want to do business via email and most just want the cheapest price. I just want to try and eliminate any possible E&O exposure when I ...

Re: Question on Final Expense Death Claim
I've dealt with similar nonsense in the P&C world. The company won't release an inspection report, or claims information. I push back hard, because I have a right to serve my client, and with as much information as possible.

Innovate? It's happening right now, but not by many IA companies. Big data, and the application of AI, will make us obsolete basically.

The industry is fully commoditized, as is every type of business on Earth. Google recently acquired part of Applied. Private client? That's what every customer relationship should feel like, to the provider and client alike. It's about relationships.

How does it handle submissions to brokers outside of your standard carriers? And does it upload changes to carriers? Any automation with noc's or cancellations?

Re: Email Disclaimers
Look at the fine print on the quotes. Most companies already have a disclaimer. That being said, a simple one in your email signature would be easy. Would it stand up in court? Not sure. Would someone have a case to sue your for something in a quote?

Re: Best Agency Management System?
A couple of things I am pondering while shopping for a new management system: You can buy software for many different things (Quickbooks is a good example), install it on your computer or network, load it with data and run it for as long as you want. Regardless of whether you purchase support or not...

Re: Your single biggest challenge right now?
I don't think there is a "single biggest challenge". Instead I think it's a collection of "challenges" similar to what other small businesses face each and every day. Normal everyday workflow, pricing, technology, partner / vendor relations, employee/talent, scheduling, client ex...
