If you can do it on the renewal date, cancel the policy on that date. It is the easier battle with Applied. Be sure to have your client CROSS OUT the part that says the policy will renew by signing and returning the last payroll form. It is in the fine print buried in the middle of the weekly payrol...

Personal Lines Retention

Can anyone give me a source as to the average length of time for personal lines retention for Homeowners/Dwelling Fire/Personal Auto/and Flood? Or what is it for your agency? I think it is 4 to 5 years.

The IRS requires receipts for meal over $25 on an expense account. Sound like accounting needs to get up-to-speed.

Give the expense account back to the manager. Let him know his receipts are missing.

Check your policy. Many commercial policies make the lender an automatic additional insured.

If you don't have contract stating you own the the book of business, it is a crime in California to take a client list with you when you leave. It can be litigated in both civil and criminal court in this state. Contacting the clients is illegal after you leave!!
