Re: Exotic car, bad driver!!

Try 1-800-257-9496 web site www.condonskelly.com The will work with Agents and pay a commission. I have found them very easy to deal with. Not sure about the bad driver though. May also want to try JC Taylor, same story about driver. Chubb, Firemans Fund, AIG (Chartis -or what ever they call themsel...

Re: Agent no legal duty to inform on cancellations?

Quite a discussion with little agreement-Here's a suggestion-Check with your own legal advisor. DISCLAIMER: As the billing for insurance coverage is between the insurance company and the insured, Such and Such Insurance Agency can not be responsible for any lapse in coverage resulting from non payme...

The Accreditted Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation material may be of some value. It is put out by the Insurance Institute of America. There may be other desingation material as well from this organization.

At our agency we use "transact now", which helps a great deal. If you are a BIG I member go to www.iiaba.com and review the Virtual University articles that address this issue, as well as review the Agenct Council for Technology (ACT)section. There is a great deal of good info for free for...

Re: Apartment complex wants to be additional interest

ISO does not acknowledge these type of additional insured requests under the homwowner program. So if it is an ISO company you CAN NOT comply with this request. Be careful with COI's. Your statement about the number of days for cancellation in COI's demonstrates to me that you are not familiar with ...
