TX - Standing Timber Insurance

Anyone have a good market for standing timber insurance? I thought I had a good market for it, but apparently not.

Just placed a similar account through Scottsdale that even had a vacant building on it. Cheap premium but had some exclusions that could be of a concern all depending on your risk.
