Social Networking in need of General Liabilit
I have a customer who is a social networking website, similar to facebook, twitter, myspace, network dating. They are concerned that what they offer could cause emotional distress to someone and if that occurs and someone committs suicide that they might be named in a lawsuit. Does anyone have any suggestions for markets?

I am not a lawyer but they may not have liability if they fall under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Obviously, they should run that through legal counsel, but here's a link->http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_23 ... ecency_Act for the nitty gritty.
