Being on the personal lines side, we frequently run into resistance with our standard markets regarding the # of rentals someone owns and/or rentals in the name of an LLC.
Is anyone aware of a PL product option or does something like this always have to go commercial?
Who do you find is best for this?  
This is for GA.  No unique or special circumstances exist; these are all good homes-not in bad parts of town or dilapidated or anything.  This prospect bought them up in 2009+ and is very service sensitive.  We will also have his home, auto, umbrella, valuables.   He also owns a vehicle in the LLC name which his property manager drives.
