CA after-school GL and Auto

Looking for GL/Auto market for an after-school in California. Its daily operation like:
Use its own mini van to transport elementary student from public school to its facility 3:00pm every weekday. Students can stay till 7:00pm. The school also has a kung Fu teaching studio. Beside school GL, the owner want to buy a separate GL for Kung Fu teaching studio.
