I am a resident of California. I have a non-resident P&C license for New York State.
I am looking for new E&O insurance for New York State that will cover me as a non-resident agent.
Any recommendations are much appreciated. Thank you.

Do you carry E&O insurance for your CA operation? Why would that not cover your business you place in NY?

Unless it is a different Corporation it would be included in your current E&O policy. Just because you write in another state, does not affect your coverage.

You should notify your company of the new location so it can be added to the policy
