Has anyone heard of any companies that will provide punitive damages coverage ?

Insuring Against Punitive Damages
You'd better make sure you are legally allowed to insure against punitive damages in your state --- It is illegal in Ohio for example. There are offshore (Bermuda) companies who will write coverage for punies but the suit has to be filed in a state that allows you to insure against them and the premiums are close to six figures depending upon your exposure.
