I am trying to place a GC on a projet, 50 unit condominium building in San Jose. He needs a GL with 10 year tail coverage. The cost of the project is deemed to be about $4 mill.
I already have a quote from Ace, is there anyone else who could be interested in writing this?
All input is appreciated, I am kind of new to this GL+tail policy.
