Continous Performace Bond - ESOP, no personal ind.

Does anyone know of a bond market that is writing continous performance bonds for an employee owned company, and there is not a personal indeminifer? HELP. Thank you.

You MIGHT find a surety willing to CONSIDER that with 100% collateral, but not likely.

Travelers is writing contract bonds for and ESOP contractor. They have a fairly large program in place. They also have LOTS of controls including collateral in a set-aside account that they have access to.
