I have a California 24 hour Denny's Restaurant that I need to find a home for (other than Allied)...any suggestions? Has clean loss history. Thank you.

Does Farmers still do restaurants? They used to be a huge player in these but it would have to be through an FIG agent.

Hey MLS. Why not Allied? I have an appointmnet with Allied and just curious why you choose not to use them.

I am guessing the risk is with Allied now, and he is trying to win it away. They are pretty aggressive, though...
