Depending upon the types of property, almost anyone. We have a number of property management firms where the property is written separate with Affilliated FM and the GL written elsewhere. Some carrier include Chubb, St Paul, maybe Hartford, Firemans Fund.

Is there a preferred carrier that writes the property manager for his office property and liability. All properties managed are insured on their own policy and name the property manager as AI, but there are times he may show other properties not managed by his company. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello guys and gals, Property Managers GL are claims made policies, with that being said Hartford, Travelers or Chubb nor any other admitted carrier in CA will even think about writing that type of business. I am appointed with all. What are you guys referring too, regarding property? There is NO property coverage. The owners of the property are responsible for the DP-3 policies not the property manger. The PM is responsible for managing the owners property(rentals ,leases and more wrongful eviction) 1. Office BOP for a real estate "Property Manager"

Thank you all for your replies. In case someone who would have the same question reads this post later I'll say what I found. Lloyds and USF Insurance Co. are interested in this type of risk and are pretty competetive.

Thanks again!
