Good day,

Have a trucker with 5 years + clean loss runs. Lapse of about 5 months due to non payment. 1 minor violation. Long Haul. I cannot find a market for him in CA since his license is from VA and chooses not to change it until renewal (1 year).

National Indemnity no longer takes it since it was written through them before and I guess they had a fall out.
Global Hawk does not accept it.
Progressive $$$

Any other options?

You mentioned OOS (Out of Service)....did he lose his authority? CAARP will take it for about $10K+.

I meant out of state. I ended up writing him through Progressive local for now.
