CA - Courier Any Auto

I have a client of mine that has been on our books for a few months. He just started working with a vendor who requires him to have Any Auto on his policy. He is a new venture carrier. We are looking for the Auto Liability for 1,000,000. I have a few carriers but the ones that do accept a courier risk will no longer write Any Auto for this type of risk, even if required per contractual agreement. Any help in pointing me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
