Liability for "Read" dog MO

Looking for liability for an insured who is a teacher. She teaches English as a second language to 3rd and 4th graders who are non English speaking students. With the blessing of the school district she will bring her golden retriever to school a couple of days a week. Children who are too shy or reserved to read out load to the teacher, will read to the dog. Dog has received training as a "Read Dog". The dog is 6 months old and has been in training since 10 weeks old. Has anyone else run into this type of risk? Any idea about a market for the liability? Risk is located in Missouri
