Habitat for Humanity

Hi all.
I have an opportunity to quote the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity. This is a multi-faceted risk that includes a retail thrift store, accepting donated building supplies and houseware goods as well as serving as the general contractor for the construction of new homes for their clients. I think a bit of lender exposure may also be present as they help the clients with the financing of the new homes as well.
Has anyone worked this type of account before? Where did you place the coverage?

Hi Wayne,

I posted this in a forums thread on IJ's sister site, MyNewMarkets. I'll let you know what responses come in!

Hi Wayne,

You've gotten one response in the forums thread on MyNewMarkets. It reads:
"Anderson and Murison should be able to assist you with this customer. Please contact Louis Martinez at 800.234.6977 ext 243 or at louiemartinez@amqts.com"
