FITNESS CENTER

I have risk for fitness center (Swimming Pool, Sauna, Dance Class, Tanning salon without restaurant). They have been in 10 year. Last 2 yrs. they had Philadelphia Insurance coverage. Gross sales is about $500,000.
Any one has market?
