I just left after six years of an exclusive agreement a major national company. I was always unhappy with the amount of homeowner clients turned down due to the company's interpretation of "Financial Stability Reports". Unfortunately this caused a lot of problems with referrals from homebuilders. Does anyone know of a good company that writes homeowners in CA? Someone that does not require "Financial Stability" checks. I know that there are housing plans for about 1700 homes in my area; I would like to have a shot at it. ANY SUGGESTIONS ? ? ?

Hello Luis, First American Specialty Insurance Co., no insurance scores, smoken hot rates, will rate stand alone DP-3 policies. HO-3 150% extended repl cost cov!!!!!! 1-888-474-7500. not sure what they require to be appointed, also try Pacific specialty Insurance, good rates on HO-3 120% ext. repl cost cov A. They are a good place for people with claims.
