Residential Care Facilities - California

Post by DesertRat »

I need a market for both property and liability on two residential care facilities in California. My normal sources will do the Prop but not CGL.

thanks

Desert Rat,

Are your facilities a non-profit 501(c)(3)? if so, you can try Non-Profit's Insuraance Alliance (http://www.niac.org) - they are a risk retention group in Santa Cruz, CA. Or you can try Charity First (http://www.charityfirst.com)
or Richter-Robb (http://www.richterrobb.com).

Good Luck!
Hope this helps!
