NEED GL FOR GRD UP CONST GENERAL CONTRACTOR 500K IN SALES WITH 40% SUB COST BK IN 99 TURN DOWN BY RENTENTION GRP ANY THOUGHTS?

Wake up. This is a hard market. Contractors aren't a slam dunk. If you don't give clear detailed information you don't make it to first base.

You say its been turned down by the RRG, why? Roofer, plumber, losses, condos, etc. Do you think that is not material?

You don't say if the insured is commercial, residential, mixed or the %'s.

You don't address whether or not a Best's rating is required nor the minimum if it is.

40% sub cost is nice but this isn't slot underwriting. What does he sub and what does he keep for his own account??

Gotta give some information if you want some.
