I would appreciate any help for markets besides Burlington and incumbent Scottsdale/Western Heritage. Mostly retro fits of apartment railings, repairs of fencing(cut out bad piece and weld in new), prefabricated fencing sections welded in place.

What do you not like about Burlington & Scottsdale that you want to replace? Or are you just looking at the price?
