Need an Insurance Company willing to write General Liability Ins and also property coverage for small in- home residential care homes in Arizona. Some of the homes are owner occupied some are not. Fireman's Fund gave an exclusive contract to 1 agency but there are lots of agents that have several accounts on their books. State Farm is also writing some accounts a homeowners policy and attaching a business endorsement to the owner occupied homes. These homes take in seniors. They are not and should not be classed as nursing homes. These are homes that would have too much to lose if ever accused of neglect or abuse. These homes cannot afford the $3000. to $5000. minimun premium charges. Need a company willing to go to these homes and see for themselves that they are not ran like nursing homes. They are like having grandparents in your home.
