Coverage for Janitor/Handyman

Post by steve32 »

Does anyone have a market for a janitor/handyman? The client is a new venture, but has about 24 years experience doing janitorial services. They will be mainly be helping with homeowners association maintainance.

Steve,

Anderson & Murison has a selection of A rated programs for janitorial services in California that include non-structural, unlicensed, handyman work, offer Lost Key coverage and an Equipment Floater. Our pricing and coverage options will keep you competitive on these specialty programs when handyman tasks are incidental. Call to discuss details or eligibility.

Without login you can access an application under Applications tab at www.andersonmurison.com or fax your existing app to 323-255-0957. You will hear from us within 24 hrs, sometimes same day.

Does he need to name the HOA as an additional insured? That could be a bit tricky. If he doesn't, I have an in-house self rating program for a risk like this, and the minimum premiums start at $750.

Assuming you are in California, of course.
