Property Managers

Post by GRCinCA »

I am looking for a solution for property managers. I have quotes from E&S brokers which pair two seperate carriers to cover E&O and GL. I am wondering if there is a carrier which will write both.

Philadelphia Insurance has a program for this class that writes E&O and a BOP for the office exposure.

I did get a quote from PHLY for professional liability - and you are correct in that the BOP only covers office exposure. USLI does the same thing. So far I have not found a carrier which will write both - without the designated premise endorsement. Looks like we will purchase (through wholesaler) two policies from two carriers.
