Product Liability for Cigarette Filter

Post by CALCO »

Product: Disposable Cigarette Filter

Problem: This has been out to market with all the standard carriers (Evanston, Century Surety, Nautilus, Scottsdale, etc.) and they have all declined.

Anyone out there who can cover this risk.

Please advise.

Thanks,

We have a few potential markets. I'd suggest the rest of the E&S markets: Admiral, AXIS, Genstar, London, Chartis/Lex, American Empire, Gemini etc.

Would agree with Jeff, the markets he indicated can consider the tougher products. I would suspect, though, that given the nature of the product, you may find no takers. Do they have coverage now?
