TX - personally-owned police cars (constables)
Constables in TX buy their own cars then the county pays to add the decals and lights and siren. The individuals are responsible for insuring their own vehicles and the county does NOT get listed as Additional Insured (or any other way) on the policy. Do you have any markets or can you direct me to who does?
